Nov 07, 2025They stole my money, i deposited around $160 worth of Monero and then i logged of to wait for it to confirm and the next day i login and it shows balance as 0. I contacted their support and they said that they couldn't find it. I even provided them the PGP Signed deposit message, which was signed with their PGP Key and then they came up with an even worse lie, that their system messed up and that they will refund me within 30 days. Guess what, it never happend. I am still waiting, its been over 3 months already. I got fucked over by them.
