The Federal Drug Agents Foundation has awarded a prize to a law enforcement agency officer from South Brunswick Police Department for the takedown and arrest of the darkweb vendor Sinmed. Sinmed vendor seizure led to the largest bust of alprazolam medicine which is a sleeping pill. This is the largest seizure in the state of New Jersey. The law enforcement officer found thousand of pills in five gallon bucket from the Home Depot. The name of the police officer that led to the arrest of the Sinmed vendor account that was on Dream account was lieutenant Jeffery Russo. He was from the Investigations Division of the South Brunswick police Department. The name of the suspect who was the alleged owner of the Sinmed vendor account was Chester Anderson.

It was through this vendor account on the Dream market that Chester Anderson allegedly distributed counterfeit Xanav pills, fenatanyl laced heroin, methamphetamine, ketamine, alprazolam powder and steroids. Law enforcement officer also found around 4, 20,000 to 6, 20,000 alprazolam tablets during the search and seizure operation that was linked to Anderson’s arrest. The arrest was made possible due to the GPS tracker that was placed on his car by the officer. Lieutenant Russo explained that Anderson had used a jammer to block the incoming signal that tracked the movements and gave in the details of his whereabouts.

Anderson the Dream market vendor and owner of the Sinmed operated and carried out the operation out of Middlesex County, New Jersey. Anderson had two other partners in crime who were his partners and helped him run the drug ring. The name of the defendants was Jarrette Codd and Ronald Maccarty. Both of them helped Anderson launder the cryptocurrency earning that were the proceeds he gained by selling the Drugs through his vendor accounts. Law enforcement officers confirm that the suspect operation had laundered more than 2.3 million dollars through a number of Bitcoin ATM’s. The operation was a part of the joint task force of officers from Homeland Security Investigations, The secret services and the United States Postal Inspection Service.
