• 922 has approximately 40% of their socks on the blacklisted list. These socks are reasonably priced, with the cheapest package costing just $22.
• If you're looking for a premium socks provider, look no further than Ironsocket or Premasocks/Luxsocks. They come with an invite or a hefty price tag, but they offer 90% premium quality socks.

Once you’ve chosen your socks provider and you’ve received the socks, we’ll need to know if they’re working. So how do we do that?

1. Open the socks (using the software supplied by the sock supplier).
2. Choose a sock from the city in which your account is located (if you are unable to locate a sock from that city, use a sock from any major tourist city in the United States).
3. After opening the socks, visit Google and search for "my ip".

I want to be clear on how you will prepare your instruments. So, I’m going to share with you my personal method on how to transfer money from a PayPal account to another account and how to protect money from chargebacks or refunds.

Before we move on, I'll tell you what tools you'll need. First, you'll need to buy a virtual credit card. Virtual cards are like regular credit cards, but they don't actually exist. Now you'll need to get your preferred hacked PayPal. If you don't have one, you can buy one if you don't. You will need to create two PayPal accounts outside the US first. I prefer to create PayPal accounts in Cyprus and Singapore. I mentioned these because if you don't secure your funds, you can cash them out later with this service. All right, but be aware that you'll need to use different socks5 for both accounts. You can use socks from California for Cyprus PayPal, but if your sock dies, you'll have to use socks from California to get into your account each time. You'll also need strong socks5 for hacked PayPal to control the location of the PayPal.

Now, the main task to do. First, send money from the hacked PayPal to your created PayPal using the socks provided with PayPal. Sometimes, you will get lucky and you will be able to send money to another account without getting a confirmation message to verify the credit card or bank account number. 

Unfortunately, luck doesn’t always work like that. So, you need to purchase a Virtual Credit Card, add it to your hacked PayPal account, and confirm the card. So, when you try to send money from your hacked PayPal account and get a confirmation message to confirm the Credit Card or Bank account number, then you can enter the Virtual credit card number and skip the Credit card confirmation.

In the following step, type the message in the seller box: “I received the item and it’s working fine. Thank you very much.”

• Send the money to your second PayPal account.
• Remove the notification in the hacked PayPal email inbox.
• Archive the recent transaction. This will reduce the time it takes for the hacker to know they’re screwing their PayPal account holder.
• Clear cache and cookies.
• Log into your secondary PayPal account using different socks5.
• Send money to your primary PayPal account.
• Don’t forget to write an impressive seller note message.

I can now tell you that your hacked funds are 90% secure. However, don't hold on to them forever. You can cash them out, or spend them as soon as possible.
