How We Cut $2,400 Annually by Replacing Managed OTA With Self-Hosted Xavia OTA on Kubernetes
Faced with scaling OTA updates for a mobile app serving nearly 200,000 users, we rejected a managed service and built a custom Expo-compatible OTA server on Kubernetes.
