An Architect's View: Why AI Needs an Ethical OS, Not More Rules

Current approach to AI ethics is a chaotic, "Zero-Sum" mess of conflicting rules. This article proposes a "Positive-Sum" ethical operating system built on three principles: Agape (well-being), Justice (consistency), and Steadiness (resilience). The system's unbreakable rule is the Primacy of Human Agency—the AI informs, the human decides. The goal is not a perfect AI, but a more coherent human governor.
