Other drugs from across the pond aren't sold here as frequently, but there are hundreds of sellers offering "imported" MDMA in the US, most of them with products that seem distinctive. Why do these sellers import MDMA out of all the substances they are importing if they are going to the trouble of doing so? It is ridiculously inexpensive per dose; I find it hard to believe that even frequent users consume more than 3g of it year, and there doesn't appear to be a very high demand for it either. Someone could be able to sell more amphetamine paste, 2cb, cathinones, or any other innovative medicines made in Dutch labs more quickly if they took the time to import an equivalent amount.

I seriously doubt that MDMA is ever made in the US. South-east Asian saffron oil or a comparable substitute is required. Importing the final product is far more sensible than importing a number of dubious antecedents.
