Why I Built Native Desktop Clients for Cloudflare D1, R2, KV, and Images

Cloudflare's dashboard and CLI leave gaps for day-to-day development work. I built four free native desktop apps (C++/Qt6) to fill them; a SQL editor for D1, an object browser for R2, a KV inspector, and a batch upload/variant preview tool for Images. Cross-platform, no Electron, credentials encrypted locally and never leave your machine.
