Paxful Announces Resolution of DOJ Investigation Concerning Historic Conduct

Paxful announces agreements with the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) Paxful has pleaded guilty for its conduct under the former leadership. The court has set a date of February 10, 2026, for the parties to next appear to address Sentencing.
