Building Aether: Architectural Breakdown of a Local-First P2P Messenger

Aether is an architectural MVP exploring local-first, zero-server communication. Built with Electron and libp2p, it utilizes Secp256k1 cryptography for identity and relies on a "Strict IPC" pattern to ensure private keys never touch the React frontend. It currently supports local mDNS node discovery and Noise-encrypted data streams.
